The Penticton Peach Competition is in search of an in-year grant request from town after their motherboard, which controls the battery-powered engine, died.

In line with the employees’s report, the Metropolis has supplied a grant each three years to the Peach Fest Society to help in retrofitting the float, and cost-sharing the expense with the competition and Journey Penticton.
The final grant requested was for the 2019 grant yr, the place a $10,000 money grant was supplied.
